Šesti Internacionalni Simpozijum Industrijskog Inženjerstva SIE 2015
"6th International Symposium on Industrial Engineering - SIE 2015, organized by Industrial Engineering Department, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrde, Steinbeis Advanced Risk Technologies, Stuttgart, Germany and Innоvation Center of The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, has been held at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Belgrade from 24th - 25th September, 2015. The aim of the Symposium was to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet the share cutting-edge development in the field.
This international symposium on industrial engineering is the 6th event of series of international forums for dissemination and exchange of scientific information in industrial engineering field. Symposium gathered together scientists and researchers from almost 50 countries, to exchange views, opinions, experiences, current achievements and future trends in the field. Our keynote speakers this time were well known professors and scholars: Maria Francesca Milazzo, John Weiss, Paolo Bragatto, Patrizia Agnello, Silvia Ansaldi, Emanuele Artenio, Corrado Delle Site, Aleksandar Jovanovic, Michael Löscher, Flor Angela Quintero and Goran Putnik.

"U okviru projekta E! 6761 CABIVS na katedri za Industrijsko inženjerstvo projektovana je nova generacija kabine krana u skladu za najnovijom tehnologijom i zahtevima modernog vremena. Krajnji cilj tehničkog rešenja ‘’Ergonomski prilagođene kranske kabine kao integrisanog vizuelnog sistema za detekciju i interpretaciju okruženja’’ je rešavanje problema koji se javljaju pri rukovanju kranovima sa postojećim konceptom kabina, i da drastično smanji razliku koja postoji između moguće i stvarne produktivnosti kranova. U saradnji sa preduzećima VAMing d.o.o. i Electrum d.o.o. prototip kabine je proizveden i izložen na Sajmu tehnike u Beogradu (2.05.2014. - 16.05.2014.), gde je bila veoma zapažena. Kabina je kasnije montirana i povezana sa elektroopremom na mosnoj dizalici u proizvodnom pogonu Valjaonice aluminijuma IMPOL SEVAL AD.
Razvijena kranska kabina je održiv proizvod sa manje angažovanih resursa, zahavaljujući umanjenju mase i povećanju prilagodljivosti čoveku, sadrži integrisan automatizovan i upravljački sistem i posebno se ističe rešenjima koja se odnose na dizajn, jer ima ergonomski prilagođen interfejs čovek-mašina, koji rezultuje zadovoljavajućim radnim uslovima i većom bezbednošću zaposlenih"
Peti Internacionalni Simpozijum Industrijskog Inženjerstva SIE 2012
"The 5th International Symposium of Industrial Engineering - SIE 2012, held in June, 2012 in Belgrade, Serbia, was aimed at providing a unique platform to meet frontier researchers, scientists, as well as practitioners and share cutting-edge developments in the field. The SIE 2012, fifth in the series of SIE meetings, was organized by Industrial Engineering Department, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade and Steinbeis Advanced Risk Technologies, Stuttgart, Germany.
The Symposium also fostered networking, collaboration and joint effort among the conference participants to advance the theory and practice as well as to identify major trends in Industrial Engineering today. Proceedings with over 70 papers and discussions by more than 160 authors have contributed to better comprehension the role and importance of Industrial Engineering in this country, both in domain of scientific work and everyday practice.
This traditional symposium has made a great contribution to improving awareness of the importance of industrial engineering at the international, national and local levels. Great dynamics trends in the field of industrial engineering require expertise and wisdom to preserve the long-lasting knowledge base of industrial engineering, together with establishment of flexibility and customization, that new challenges brought by the times in which we live and do business.
Issues number 3 and 4 of the Journal of Applied Engineering Science contain a selection of papers on all aspects of interdisciplinary themes treated in the SIE 2012."
